If you have any administrative queries use the email address admin@sompisi-it.co.za to send us your query. Administrative queries are:

• You need a new mail box to be added in your domain;
• New email aliases to be added;
• Database reports;
• Statistics report requests;
• Any requests about your site;

Support

If there is something wrong with your site you need to send an email to support@sompisi-it.co.za. Support queries include:

• The site is not working;
• An error is displaying somewhere on the site;
• You want to do something on the site but it doesn''t happen
• Any queries about the site not functioning 100%;

Accounts

If you have any queries with your Invoice or Statement you need to send an email to accounts@sompisi-it.co.za.

Charities

If you need to query about our charity donations, you will need to send an email to charities@sompisi-it.co.za. If you are a charity organization needing us to put your details on our site, also send an email to this email address.

Database Administrator

If you need any database changes to be done on the website, you need to send an email with the details of what you want done to dbadmin@sompisi-it.co.za. These includes requests like:

• You need a new table created;
• You need a report from certain tables;
• And any data queries;
